Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel their social media marketing services at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation terms depend on your specific service agreement:

Month-to-Month Agreements: Services can be cancelled with thirty days written notice. You will be responsible for payment for services rendered through the end of the notice period.

Contract Agreements: For clients under fixed-term contracts, early cancellation may be subject to the terms specified in your service agreement.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for our social media marketing services may be considered in the following circumstances:

Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the services outlined in your agreement and do not remedy the situation within a reasonable timeframe.

Billing Errors: If you have been incorrectly charged for services not agreed upon or amounts exceeding the agreed rate.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Third-party expenses incurred on your behalf, such as advertising spend on social media platforms
  • Services cancelled after work has commenced for the billing period in question

  • Services that have been used or consumed, even if partially
  • Any fees or charges related to payment processing or transaction fees

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds for non-returnable items on a case-by-case basis, but such decisions are at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellation Policy
